DevOps engineer. AWS, Terraform, networking, infrastructure, Docker. Ruby became my main language here - combining DevOps and coding is actually my sweet spot.

Started using AI in 2022 like most of us. Browser-based at first, then moved to terminal. Tried most of them, usually working together with Claude these days.

Jan 2021 - 2021

Viewpoint merged with DEVersity. Continued on existing projects plus new ones. Biggest was CDT (Centar za digitalnu transformaciju) - handled all infrastructure and backend. Laravel backend, Linux servers built from scratch.

This is where things got interesting. Started as a Laravel dev, ended up deep into Linux, Docker, networking, CI/CD. Self-hosted GitLab on a Linode box, AWS for S3 and some Lambda functions.

Built a bunch of stuff that actually went live:

  • volimpivo.rs - beer quiz game. My first project that real people used.
  • Quizzes for League of Legends and Redbull
  • receptoteka.rs - recipe sharing site, still running after years
  • Internal “Instagram-like” app for Coca Cola Hellenic
  • Difol webstore
  • and others

Reves Technologies#

Oct 2018 - Apr 2019

Junior dev. Web scraping app - Laravel on Heroku, some NodeJS (no Docker back then, keeping server libs in sync was fun), and PDF scraping/generation in C. Actually loved the C part.
